SHIPPING

We use Australia Post to ship your purchases based on: 

Orders will be dispatched within 72 hours.

You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is shipped. It will include your unique Tracking ID and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track your parcels location and estimated arrival date.

There may be instances when items purchased are sold out or unavailable on the day of purchase. When this happens, we will notify you within 48 hours to confirm when the product will be available.

Please keep in mind when ordering for a special occasion that sometimes, our online stock levels aren’t 100% accurate so please contact us directly to confirm that we will have the items you need by the required date.

We also offer a click and collect service for people who wish to purchase online and then collect from our store at a later date. There is no cost to take advantage of this service, simply select ‘FREE pick up in-store’ at the checkout.

ONLINE RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE - We DO NOT offer a refund for change of mind.

The customer is liable for all return postage costs.

Please enclose a PRE-PAID PLASTIC AUSTRALIA POST SATCHEL.

IF THE ITEM IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED

The item must be returned with original tags and packaging, in a resalable condition within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Return postage costs will be at the expense of the customer.

IF SIZING IS INCORRECT

The item must be returned with original tags and packaging, in a resalable condition within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If the correct size is unavailable in your selected style and we are unable to order another one from our suppliers, we will contact you by email or telephone to discuss similar, alternative styles.

Return postage costs will be at the expense of the customer.

SALE ITEMS 

We have a no returns or exchange policy on sale items so please ensure you make the correct size selection before purchasing.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are available to purchase in store and online. They cannot be returned and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Gift Vouchers can be purchased in denominations between $20 - $500 online. They are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

CREDIT NOTES

Credit Notes are issued in store and online.  They cannot be returned in store or online and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Credit Notes cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
